Retreat Rates and Policies 
Camp Blue Ridge accepts reservations for personal and group use. We can accommodate up to 300 overnight guests. Rates are inclusive of all gratuities and service charges, but exclusive of sales tax. Policies Click Here for Camp Blue Ridge User Guidelines Liability Camp Blue Ridge requires each user group to present us a copy of their liability insurance policy for one million dollars in coverage. Each individual/group also agrees to be responsible, and to reimburse CBR, for any damages to the premises caused by members of their group. Camp Blue Ridge management cannot assume responsibility for damages or loss of any personal articles left during or following the function. Guests are encouraged not to bring valuables to the camp, as were are not able to safeguard them. Smoking Smoking and tobacco use are permitted only outside the buildings. Cigarette stubs must be disposed of properly. Alcoholic Beverages Alcohol is not permitted on CBR premises. Cancellations The total deposit is refunded when client gives 90 days prior notification of cancellation. The exception is if the cancellation occurs fewer than 90 days prior, but CBR is able to secure a group of same approximate size. Cancellations within 90 days will be subject to payment of the total bill (as it would have been had the cancellation not occurred) if re-booking does not occur.
